Fitness & Flex Classes
In this class, you will learn the proper and safe techniques to effectively facilitate taking your flexibility to the next level. Whether it’s your first time working on your splits and backbends or you are an experienced contortionist, everyone will benefit from this class.
This class is not only a great complementary class for all of your aerial activities but also for general everyday life by increasing your range of motion and relieving muscle tension and stress from your body.
Private Classes
If learning in a group setting isn’t quite for you, or you just want some more personal one on one time with your instructor, then a private class will be the best way to take your pole skills to the next level. Ideal for any level, you can get answers to all of your questions, focus on your weak spots, and generally excel in class. Privates are perfect if you need to prepare for a routine, competition or just improve in general.
Pole Beginner Classes
This class is designed for total beginners with no fitness background.
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness techniques and build strength.
You will learn basic spins and tricks, floor work and transitions – climbs and and basic Aerial invert.
We recommend attending Pole Intro until you are comfortable – however, you may take this class for as long as you want until you build your strength and move with grace.
Exotic
Wants to connect with your inner sensuality, this is the perfect space, we learn techniques and sensual combination through pole.
Exotic pole dance is characterised by its sensuality , femininity and Passion
Great Class to join if you have never dance before.
Hen/Birthday Parties
