Founded in July 2023 by the passionate and experienced Rebecca Zodingpuii, an athlete for 8 years and has specialised in pole since the last 3 years with International experience in Pole fitness. She is also a certified instructor from XPERT Fitness in Pole.

Your Instructor
Rebecca Zodingpuii is a Certified Xpert Fitness Instructor, Yoga and Aerial Silk instructor with over 8 years of experience in the industry . She is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and loves teaching Pole Fitness, Yoga, and Aerial Silk to people of all ages and abilities.
Rebecca is also a certified personal trainer. She believes that a healthy mind and body are essential for a happy and fulfilling life.
